A Weekly System for Household Stability
We don't bill by the hour or the list. We provide the weekly capacity your home requires to stay at baseline—so you never have to manage a cleaning service again. Serving McKinney, Frisco, Plano, Richardson, and North Dallas.

Why Capacity-Based Pricing
Homes don’t fall behind because people don’t care. They fall behind because weekly capacity runs out.
So we price based on what it takes to complete the Weekly Home Standard without rushing:
Kitchen reset
Bathrooms reset
Laundry moved forward to baseline
Trash removed
Living areas + bedrooms reset
Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
Dishes handled
General straightening to maintain order
The Standard comes first.
Weekly Tiers
Most households fit into one of two tiers. Your tier is assigned after a short Fit Call so we can match the right weekly capacity to your home.
Initial Standardization
If the home is off baseline, a one-time reset is required before weekly service begins. Reset pricing is determined after assessment.
Establish baseline before we maintain it
Important: Initial Standardization is not a deep clean or an “everything at once” project. It’s a reset designed to make weekly maintenance predictable.

For clients who want more than the standard
Some households want the Weekly Home Standard and additional hands-on household support beyond the baseline.
For that, we offer a Home Support Layer: reserved weekly capacity for flexible, household-related priorities—handled after the standard is complete.
Availability and pricing are discussed during your Fit Call.
This option is reserved for aligned clients who want a “fully handled” home experience.
Why Our Pricing Works
We don’t price by the task because task-based pricing creates friction and inconsistency over time.
Capacity-based pricing allows us to reserve the right amount of time each week so the Weekly Home Standard can be completed calmly and consistently.
-
The "Myth": Task-based pricing (per-job) saves money.
-
The "Reality": Task-based pricing creates a management burden for you (priorities change every visit, time gets rushed, results vary week to week).
-
The "Fix": "Capacity-based pricing removes you from the 'Operations Manager' role. You stop managing the visit; we manage the standard".
